TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders and purchases made through Auto Fast Fit are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Please read carefully before placing your order.

This website is owned and operated by Auto Fast Fit Ltd. All orders and purchases placed through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

ORDERING

When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched.

All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.

If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or phone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you when needed your order will be put on hold until we discuss the options with you. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation.

PRICES AND VAT

1. All prices indicated on our site are inclusive of VAT.
2. VAT will be charged at the current rate at the time of ordering (23%)
3. We do our up most to ensure all prices are correct at the time of purchase, however, if prices are incorrect we will contact you directly if this effects your purchase in anyway.

    

DELIVERIES

1. Our delivery times are quoted in days, this means working days and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
2. If for any reason your order is not received within 48 hrs of you receiving your 'Dispatched Order' email please contact our Customer Care Department immediately.
3. Our couriers are paid to deliver on time and we will want to know if they are late for any reason.
4. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
5. Delivery cost will be visual at check out and will vary depending on product type and delivery location.
6. Most orders can be delivered within 24hrs but may take 48hrs.
7. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) have been shipped.
9. All deliveries are sent with registered companies and must be signed for at the time of delivery.
10. As the courier company is a third party company we cannot control their delivery time.
11. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

AVAILABILITY

If for reasons we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you directly. AFF reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. When you place an order we will not debit your card until we confirm we can supply your order at the advertised price.

RETURNS POLICY

Auto Fast Fit takes pride in its products and customer care reputation, In the event that you are not satisfied and wish to return a product you may do so:

1. Within 14 days by post or courier from the day you receive the goods.
2. Returned products must be in an ‘as new’ condition.
3. Goods falling within the above return policies can be exchanged if they are un-used and ‘as new’, however delivery charges for the exchanged item will be charged to the customer.
4. In all respects, Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.
5. All items can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy providing it is in its original condition, ‘as new’ and un-used.

NON – RETURNABLE ITEMS

Auto Fast Fit Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be returned within the terms of our returns policy and other such products that may be notified to you from time-to-time

RETURNS BY POST OR COURIER

1. When returning any product (taking note of our policy above) please post the item(s) back to us at Auto Fast Fit, Returns Department, Pearse Road, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, Ireland within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund in full via the original method used.
2. We will not pay for the cost of return so please ensure you choose the most convenient method that suits you and the item being returned. For your own benefit and security we recommend that you send goods via registered delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
3. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned.

GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of all the products we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer care department immediately. Some products like Clutch Kits and DM Flywheels must be returned to the manufacturer before any warranty can be given. Its in our interest to make this process as simple as possible but sometimes the process may be out of our control.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 4pm on the day the order was made. This can be done by contacting our customer care department

PAYMENT

1. You can buy by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Laser and Switch.
2. All payments are processed through a secure payment system called REALEX.
3. Your payment will not be processed until we are sure we can full-fill your order.
