DIESEL EGR EXTREME CLEANER
AIR INTAKE, INLET VALVES, AIR FLOW SENSOR, EGR AND TURBO CLEANER IN AEROSOL
Wynn’s Diesel EGR Extreme Cleaner is an aerosol product developed for cleaning the air intake system of all diesel engines.
- Provides immediate thorough cleaning of air intake system, airflow sensor, inlet valves, turbo and EGR system.
- Strong power jet spray to support cleaning action.
- Dissolves gum, lacquer, tar, carbon and deposits.

APPLICATIONS
For the air intake manifold, inlet valves, air flow sensor, EGR valve and turbo of all diesel engines.
Also recommended to be used at each service interval to maintain cleanliness.
Possibility to use an extension spray tube with multiple injection holes (option).
Do not spray on painted surfaces. In such case, immediately rinse with water to prevent damage!

Both modern cars and older vehicles have specific requirements, that have a chemical solution to provide the optimal engine performance and driving comfort. Modern fuel systems are highly tuned and therefore more susceptible to the negative effects of chemical reactions in the fuel. These lead to fouling of the fuel system, lack of lubrication, corrosion and other problems. Older vehicles experience problems to obtain the correct air/fuel ratio and combustion efficiency due to accumulation of deposits in the fuel system and wear on the components.

Start the engine and let it warm up. Remove flexible hose in the air intake system, situated between the turbo / intercooler and the air intake. Let engine run at idle. With warm engine, spray the product into the air intake manifold. Spray with short intervals of 1 to 2 seconds each. After each pulverization, wait until the original rpm is regained and the engine runs stable. During the pulverization, the rpm can go up or down and Diesel knocking can increase. This is normal. Continue until the 200 ml of product in the aerosol is consumed. You must let the engine run at idle for 10 minutes or it will Knock Hard. After 10 minutes idling, switch off engine. Put hose back in place. Start engine and drive 5 to 10 km, but avoid thrashing it. Allow engine to idle again for at least one minute before switching off. Job Done ;
