RETURNS INFO
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase, except special-order items and items marked as non-returnable.
Please get in touch to let us know if you wish to return all or part of your order.
Once the item has been returned unopened and unused, we will issue a credit.
A handling and repackaging charge of 10% of the original purchase price applies to returns. Special-order items that we have bought in for you are subject to a 25% handling charge.
If an item is not returned in its original, new condition and packaging, the return will be rejected.
If an item is refused on delivery, the refund will not be processed until it arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked.
